MULTIMEDIA                 Alejandro has published over 40 technical papers in international multimedia

TECHNICAL                    conferences and journals. He is a co-author of several patents and an active

PUBLICATIONS              member of the multimedia technical research community. He is on the program

                                        committee of several international conferences, serves as co-chair of the

                                        International Workshop on Technology for Education in Developing Countries,

                                        and has served as a member of the World Summit Award grand jury,among others.
